Oh you know it! Ryon =

Make sure you ziptie your turn signal wires up out of the way once you get the front fascia on. Also, make sure you trim enough of the bumper off or you'll get spots where it will start to rub through the piping and intercooler (you can see a couple of dark spots on my cold pipe and the endtank where my shop didn't trim it enough. Older one, before I cut the slits out.At the shop. Thought a side shot might help a bit too. Make sure you re-install the inner fender liners and the factory undertray. My shop didn't after I told them I wanted a street car, not a race car They will be giving me some from another swap that's for sure. Putting that stuff back in keeps water from hitting certain areas, and keeps airflow directed where it needs to go, i.e. throught the FMIC into the rad, not out everywhere.

dont worry we all learn but imo in now way is the greddy better than the blitz kits, theres a reason for the huge price differences.

A week ago this would have taken 2 sec, bc the front end was off, now it's all back together. I'll see if I can get you one but it won't be anytime soon, sorry.

Regardless of the temp. IMO that is way too small esp. for the power goals you've talked about in other threads.

375 bhp or 375 whp? If bhp, then the that is about the limits of the M-spec (it's supposed to handle ~300whp). If 375 whp then a core like the VSPL will work. I think the dimensions of the VSPL core is about 24" L x 12" H x 3" D. Ask Redtop, he just got his VSPL in.

does any one sell intercoolers by itself not in a kit, i got all the piping.

the only one i found was a meagan racing one and it the core size is 22"x11.75"x3". http://phase2motorsports.store....html

i would buy a vspl if i could find just the core.

Its funny, i run a 20x6x3 Core and it supports 400+whp just fine from my 2871R .86. As long as your getting enough air going through the IC to cool it, then its all good. Mine fits the exact opening of my bumper so it gets nothing but fresh air. Only time itll heat soak is on a dyno like all intercoolers do from lack of airflow. Design > Size.

yeai saw on the gospeed web site that the say their intercoolers that are that size support 400horse. so i will maybe try it and if it doesnt work very well upgrade. cant hurt anything. mine fits the whole opening in my front bumper as well.

Only problem i ever ran into was with piping size. I used to run 2" piping and that caused boost to fall off alot at higher rpm. Once i upgraded to 2.75" Cold piping and 2.5" hot piping all was fine.

What kind of intercooler and air intake temps are you running? That just seems really small for that much power. It's not as though Greddy, Blitz, HKS are all poor designs, bc they're not and they seem to think that for that much power you need a good sized IC.
