About 5.5 hours or 305 miles from where I live. Would you folks allow a D-class chassis attend one of the events? If yes I might go! (weather permitting of course) If there is snow up here the truck won't be out of storage but if it's nice out then I'd love a road trip.

Good date Jackie. It will be warm as hell so thats good. Keep up posted with the venue as soon as your 100% sure. Like I said I don't mind spending a few bucks to make this happen so just let me know what you need. I'll work on the vendor's / swag once its locked.

Were gonna need to get the who's bringing what list squared away as the date get nearer and who's coming. The other thing is we need to find someone who can donate / discount some banners and signs. Just so the out of owners know where to turn / park. Perhaps work on an event list for the day. Lets maybe get the locals together again and brainstorm a list of whats needed in whole for the event that way we can source what we need.

By the way all of the Parks checked out do not permit alcohol so please keep this in mind. Safe and fun.

Hey getting the car back on the road this week, hopefully will have it up and running tomorrow and now that I'm laid off I have nothing better to do with my time... Unless any of you have a job for someone with my skill set... So count me in. Unless I go back to active duty which is a good possibility in this job market, then I'll be to busy dodging teh bulletz over in teh deserts...

Will, I'm hoping to be dropping by your shop one day this week, hoping you can help me check out the car to make sure the thief didn't hurt the old girl when she was stolen in Oct. This will be the first time I'll be driving it since then, just have to get the battery jumped and give her an oil change so I can go for inspection before the end of the week. /Threadjack

Eh, avoiding major toll roads like that, you'll end up paying the difference in gas anyway. I say stick with the major roads. Plus, it gives you less of a chance of getting lost.Ugh... I'm so sick, but I am answering everyone's e-mails in bed from my phone.

Man, Rev if you go I might even try to make it! I'll be at a wedding the day beforehand in Virginia... if I leave early enough in the morning I might be there. Be rolling in a rental though, but yeah doesn't look likely that I'll attend.

HEHEHE - Shes down on all 4 wheels and she came out of the garage today on her own power.

Im gonna clean the garage today because its a mess.

Tomorrow -get the eyeball alignment better, put the new wheels on, check her fluids (making sure shes nice an wet), and Monday morning shes getting exhaust and a real alignment.

Got my car on the road and she's legal again, registration is done, oil is changed, fuel system flushed and I changed out the flat tire, but need to get the spare I have on transferred over to to the rim and off the steelie. Kev I'd help you out but I don't think the old ball and chain would much appreciate me leaving her alone all day. Plus I need to get new brake pads for my car and I'm broke, unless you don't mind me rolling up in the escort wagon....
