Ya I f-ing hate people that suck at driving. Most the time i wish i had a pa system in my vehicles so i could just scream at them.I'm gonna start gathering stuff to do it to my dime and yj. The yj will be first cause winter's coming and people absolutely cannot drive in the snow so it'll be nice to scream obscenity's at them.Oddly enough with how much i hate people,society,95% of drivers, and the fact that I'm constantly smoking( i go through about 3 packs a day if I've gotta work and generally two if I'm off) like a chimney and screaming my blood pressure is awesome 112 over 72 or something close to that.

Speeding is speeding is speeding, dude. I'm with Bubba, your story is exactly the reason that law exists. I fully admit, I speed sometimes, too. But the difference is I take responsibility for my choices when I get caught, where you're trying to weasel out of fault and responsibility. You CHOSE to speed, being fully aware of the consequences, and did so enough to be caught TWICE. Clearly, you NEEDED this law. I'm not trying to make any personal slights against your character, everyone's irresponsible at that age--but that's exactly the point. The law seems to be actually doing some good. It does not suck. It's EXCELLENT. It's a great compromise: young kids still get to drive but they also get a reminder that driving's a privilege they need to CONTINUE to earn even after they've received their license.

People in this thread are quick to advocate a skill-based licensing system (ghetto), mostly because they assume they're instantly granted access to whatever is the top tier.

There'd be a WHOLE lotta reality checks...It'd be awesome.

I'd be disqualified from driving anything over 50cc for being both Thai AND Indian. And rightfully so.

Honestly, I'm okay with not being a top-tier licensed driver as long as everyone worse than me isn't either.

I'd epically fail a Finnish driving test.
