It's something young people don't realize or care about that us older peeps who are getting their nest eggs together for retirement are quite aware of.

Good luck with the whole mess....

I'm beginning to think that I might just cash in all my 401ks and drink and party till it runs out then let the government take care of me.

I want to be on the other end of it for a while.

Sounds familiar....about 3 or 4 years ago...
We co-signed on my oldest's Exploder. So, I was also on the insurance.
He was not living here. He let the insurance lapse twice!
Driving without insurance with a car in my name!!!
Had to chase him down for payments too..... :frown:
Ended up repo-ing the car and trading it on a car for my youngest.

He's doing much better now....and, we are doing better

I told Allison that I had a tow-truck coming to get the car and she BEST be there with the key and she BEST have anything that she wanted to keep out of it.

I will never again have anybody but myself or David driving a vehicle that is in my name. NEVER!

I worry about people wanting to test drive my Camaro. :ohno: I know how they are going to want to drive it. State Farm said as long as they have my permission, they are covered. Still makes me nervous.

Nah. I like my 4th gen better than the 5th gens. I'm perfectly happy with my Z for right now.

The ZL1 is awesome...but you still can't see out of the damn thing. Plus, it doesn't have a touchscreen/HD stereo deck and other modern amenities that I wanted.

Yeah, visibility and an interior from the 70's seem to be common knocks. But my first car was a '70 Mustang (new, 6 cyl, my dad shocked me by buying it for me). So I continually get my feelings hurt by comparos giving the edge to Camaros over Mustangs, most recently the Motor Trend review of the ZL1 vs the GT500. They didn't like the brakes on the Shelby, it was superior in every other way.

Just watched the 60 Minutes interview with Marchioni last night. Chrysler seems finally in the right hands. Congrats on the SRT.
