stock run. with cold air intake and full catback megan exhaust. i was running 280 to wheel, and 310 torque.
after the uprev i was at 306 to the wheel and 340 torque.
he rated the crank at 360 hp and 400 torque.

im gonna update the video later, this quality is horrible.. will try to get a better one from a different friend who came out.

Mike i want to do uprev on my M. I have R2C intake and megan mid pipe and axle back. Does your M run faster? Since you did it recently I'll have some questions about it, if you dont mind:D

Yeah no problem. Ask away. Just the exhaust alone will give you 15-20 hp. But I don't know about the short ram. But ask away dude

I just picked up an M45 sport and will be tuning it as soon as I get it back from the body shop, Its stock for now with just a K&N drop in filter so i'll probably just street tune the AFR's, electronic throttle, and torque manangement and then go dyno once I have some more mods. I'll post up a thread once I do. I changed the spark plugs the day I got it and it appeared to be running very lean so it'll be intresting to see how she responds.

If anyone has any uprev specific questions feel free to post up or shoot me a PM
Hey Seymore4, welcome bro...I think I saw you around at the other Infin Forum...good to have you here... and congrats on the M45... your knowledge about tuning is very welcomed here...cheers. :bigthumb:

Thanks man, I haven't gotten my M back from the body shop yet so I've been holding off on posting an introduction (no pics = fail, lol) but I will hopefully soon. I post a lot on G35driver under the same SN so I'm sure you've seen me over there.

and hahakenny, dont worry about it. hit me up with any questions. i havent even scratched the surface of where i want to be at.
That's sucks. I was hoping to have it done real soon. Thanks for checking for me.

I don't know if you're still looking for a tune or not. But I have an AWD version as well. I took my car to the Tuner and they dumped my ECU to send it to UpRev. I think he said it would be available in about a week. I could be mistaken, but I think whenh they say they don't have one, it's because they havent done it yet. My tuner (Performance Motorsports) made it seem like it wouldn't be an issue. I am supposed to get it tuned and dyno'd. In theory, if they can make the crack for mine, then you should be able to go ahead and get your tune done since they will have the crack for it. I will keep you posted once I hear back from them

I just inquired about my car today. There are two shops in the Chicago area that do the UpRev tune and both do an AWD dyno so that's good news for me. The funny thing is that I got two entirely different price quotes....one places says $300 for the UpRev software and then $300/hour for tuning time, which was said to be within 1-2 hours. Then the second place said $300 for software but $150/hour for tuning time and in April they'll be running a special that will include the first hour of tuning time for free.....LOL, so I made an appointment for April. What do y'all think??

Not sure. Mine told me something like that. But he also gave me a price. He said it'd be 600. In assuming the uprev is 300 n 2 hours on the dyno. Either way, I plan on doing it

When I got mine done it was 300 for the uprev software/license and 300 for tune and dyno. I lovw the car more now. Plus for awd cars they do have uprev. Its just depends on the shops cause they all dont have awd dynos

Pricing for a dyno tune varies widely depending on region and what shop you're going through, a lot of them also run specials when they first sign up so they can quickly recoup the money from the buy in. But at a minimum you will pay $300 for the license then something for tuning, some places charge hourly and some just flat rate it. $600 is average but I've seen it range from $500-800.

thanks y'all, yeah I will be doing the UpRev tune in April since that's when the special they have will be going on and also because I live in the Midwest and as of right now my car is a big salt block rolling down the street, LOL....when all this winter weather goes away then I'll be putting my exhaust and CAI on to go get the tune. I guess I'll just look at it as Christmas in April for me since it seems that anyone that had the tune done has been more then thrilled with the outcome.

Where these the two sites off of RevUp's locator? curious of the work as I want to get this done too, just waiting to get the exhaust and mid-pipe first.

Hey, yes they were....The first place I called was AMS and then I called Genesis motorsports....I'm going to take mine to Genesis once they have an opening as they were booked until April anyway. Hope this helps.

Def let me know how they are. I've been to AMS but Genesis is closer. Just don't know of anyone who went to them.
