I got a 92 Coupe last week. 5-Spd, White, LSD, Spoiler, HUD, Sunroof, Power Locks/Windows.

The interior is in great shape. No cigarette burns on the seats or anything. Perfect dash. It's a shame I'm going to rip it all out . The gray cloth is just plain ugly though, who would ever want that? The cloth in my S14 was pretty ugly too come to think of it. Anyone got any tips on removing the dash and all the panels?

The odometer stopped working at 87k. The Digital Speedometer, HUD, and Cruise Control also don't work.

I tried searching but I can't find a good description of exactly what to sodder on the back of the gauge cluster. Does anyone know where to find a picture of what to sodder maybe?

Also, I want to remove the power steering and the air conditioning. I am pretty sure on what to do to take off the P/S, but what needs to be done to remove the A/C?

I'll take some pics and figure out how to post them soon.

i'd recommend taking out your p/s if you're only going to make the car for 1/4 mile. Other than that you'll probably enjoy it if you're going to be racing on a circuit track, auto-x or drift.

Whats the point of disconnecting your a/c?? The only advantage to disconnecting you a/c is if you remove all the a/c componenets to save weight. Especially that heavy *** compressor.

I thought the A/C and P/S suck power from the engine?

How much hp will I gain from removing them?

How much weight will I save by removing the A/C?

Also, how much weight will I save by removing the entire interior(dash/panels/sound proofing)?

Down about halfway is a helpful guide on the tricky parts.

Searching is so over rated

You can also opt for under drive pully if you don't feel like removing them completely and still gain some hp. I have A/C and power steering in my KA-T and love it.
