Never ever take the first offer from an insurance company. Have good compsfrom the local car ads, have the numbers from Kelly Blue Book, and just sortalaugh. Be firm that you are going to have to pay high book, not low book fora replacement.

Go see the chief of police. Then go see the local newspaper. These cops arecovering for their buddy's kid. Best thing for the kid, long run, is to get busted.

ok all of me interior is mint and i have all the parts im just waitin for my truck to come back to my house from the body shop where the insurance guy went to go look at it...once its back, everything on its for sale

yea ive been tellin him its too low hes like we will call u back but he doesnt and i call like 5 times a day and he wont pick up....there just tryin to make me take the 5300..the thing that sux is now im with no car...they took the rental back cause they said i had it long enough...i think thats bulll**** cause now im walkin 3 miles to work

what colours your interior? i need the knob cover for the drivers side seat switch that tilts the seat back and forth, and i also need (if its still salvageable) the cover for the right side rear fender (on the inside of the truc....plastic panel...passenger side) oh and id pay reaaaly good money for all the weatherstripping on the windows if its in good shape

the interior is tan...the right render flare is perfect and all of my weather stripping is mint with no rust...once i get the truck back the weather stripping is yours QXXX4.

yea there tweeters..the stock ones blew so i made a hole in the stock cover and put those in there..they sat flush...there mb quarts

Mine are rottennnnn. its just the pieces at the bottom of each window for all 4 doors. Email me pics of them when you get them out and well work out a way to compensate you haahah email me at [email protected] and we can work this out! i really appreciate it! btw i will obviously pay your shipping fee on top of how much you want for them. We all feel really bad for you bro, but your kindness in offering us a parts qx4 to make all ours complete again is really generous and itll help offset your new car/trucks price too.

as for the interior parts, im out of luck cuz I have a dark grey interior! ahh well haha the weatherstripping has been KILLING me cuz i cant find it anywhere so i am so damn happy right now!

[/quote]Hate to throw a wrench into the proceedings, but unless your insurance system is a lot different than ours, here's what happens: Once your insurance company pays you the money for the truck ($7000.00, or whatever you negotiated), then the truck becomes the property of the insurance company. They are in effect buying your truck. You no longer own it, and you won't get it back. It makes sense really. You can't have the money AND the truck, at least not in our system. Better check it out before you make too many promises. Sorry.

i mean, 99qx4 just sells her gorgeous qx4, and doesnt even offer those amazing clear corners. Now some NOOB is going to be driving around thinking their all pimp, and when someone comments on those amazing corners, he/she will jsut be like "what?" and give you a dumb look. when Lauren...think thats her name? spend so much time figurin out how to get them. she almost spent over $1000 to import some from japan!

so kudos to 97qx4......id do the same. if the insurance company doesnt give him the truck back, hes still got my appreciation for trying to help us all out!

because my insurance isn't paying for it (there insurance company is) i get the truck back..there insurance company is calling me almost everyday to go and get my truck from the body shop but Ive been working doubles almost everyday so i have no time..but i am 100% positive that I'm keeping the truck...if i had full coverage and it was my fault and my insurance was paying for it then i would not get the truck back unless i paid for it but this is not the case...the only thing that sux about this is that there insurance is not gonna pay me a lot of money because i have to get my truck back..that's why they offered me $5300
