Is it an old exhaust nut/bolt. If it is just cut it off. Also you might want to buy new exhaust hangers. I don't know how rusted the old exhaust is or i don't know your current situation. Nick

Ok. Well my friend spent 15 minutes using a hacksaw to get the nut off. Now we cannot remove the bolt. HELP

Converters rust very easy and fast. You may need to punch it out. I still say heat it up. The last resort would be get a drill and lots of bits because you are going to smoke them or break them. Nick

Ok. I have a power drill. Now about the torch. How safe is that. Especially on jacks. I used alot of rust penetrant too. Isnt that dangerous

It is ok to use a torch they will only catch for not even a second. If you are so worried them leave a hose or a bucket of water arround. Just drill out the bolt with some very high quality drill bits. Also wood drill bits won't get you far. I recomend getting a torch. Or you can just beat on it with a hammer I guess that would be a very very last resort. Hope you get it out. Nick
