I explained to Pat at L10 what happened, along with the self diagnostic, he said it was the line pressure servo. He said they have a 70% failure rate. I got 7 hard years out of it, so I have to assume he knows what's going on, but I have my fingers crossed, hoping that's all it is... Next to nothing in the pan... Clean. Waiting on new solenoid pack.

I am sooooo pissed off tonight! :soap: So I order a set of solenoids off IPT on Sunday the 18th, couldn't find any on the Level 10 site, wanting them to ship out first thing on Monday the 19th... Anyway, I get the solenoids today, the 27th... Frickin 8 days waiting; these morons at IPT send me Mitsubishi solenoids... NOT EVEN CLOSE! :wtf2:

I called them today to tell them about it, at first they acted like I ordered the wrong item, then he said OOPS... I asked if they could send the right ones to me overnight... NOOOOOO, but they could drop-ship them. :mad:

I would've ordered them faster, but these toolbags want an additional $36 for 2day air, and a whopping, bend over and grab your ankles; $131 for overnight. Even though this WAS their mistake these toolbags didn't even offer to help.

Knowing that they have to get them first, then ship, it's quite obvious to me now that they just threw these in a box and sent these instead, as they were shipped on the 20th.... :argh:

What a bunch of worthless turds! I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM IPT! I called Level 10 today, should've called them on the 19th, :crybaby: and ordered the solenoid pack. They are OVERNIGHTING them to me for $50, that's reasonable in my mind.

I have yet to have an unpleasant experience with Level 10, quite the opposite, even Pat takes the time to talk to you; LESSON LEARNED...:facepalm: IPT, the guy answering the phone passed me off to the owner, who didn't want to be bothered, he passed me off to some other guy. IPT SUCKS!

Now that I'm calmed down after "The Incident"... :bang

I was in the garage, looking at the difference between what they sent and just how COOL the valve body is and how awesome the solenoids setup is... Does this make me really weird, or what?

Understand, I've only seen this done once, so I wasn't all fired up to try something new, especially related to my prized transmission. I taped page AT-118 to the underside and started the pattern to remove the bolts, clockwise. Last bolt, valve body dropped in my hand, so to speak. Put it up on the bench, then "The Incident" happened...

Anyway, tonight I'm just noticing yet another COOL thing about our Infiniti's, how well made... Which solenoid pack would you rather have? The neat, clean style;

Or the mess that's inside this bag... :rotflmao

Seriously, am I the only one on here that finds this type of stuff TOTALLY COOL? :cool:
