I'm going to stay away from the megan stuff. Too many people are selling their megans so I'm going to take that has a sign and stay away. I'll keep searching around, and see what will be worth the squeeze.
my buddy bought some Kbee coilovers for way under $1000 brand new. Its a really decent ride for its price.

I've noticed a ton of people selling their Megan's also, not a good sign. And I was just about to get some to test out

So WTF?! Megan coilovers aren't good anymore? I was just planning to buy a set when I get my tax money back.

I had sportlines and AGX's for a cpuple of years with out any problems, but you'll HAVE to trim the bump stops, which can be scary.
Do you still feel this would be necessary since I plan on using stock 15" rims with oem size tires 205/60r?

Megan's should still be good unless they're blown and past warranty. Once I went coilover, I never went back to spring and strut.

i have megans and have nothing bad to say... and i know 2 other people personally who have been running them for over 2 years, no problems or complaints. And yes, we have all driven on "better coils" like tein, cusco, stance, etc... they work great for the price. Just dont cheap out on ksports, they are the only coilover system i fully despise, they blow too easy

I actually found out that these godspeed coilovers are a knock off of the n1s, and these are made at the same factory that megan is. This info was posted by someone who called godspeed to verify this as true.

No one has verified if the valving is the same as megans but i'm sure its close, of course megan doesnt have the greatest valving, well actually its really bad but i'm not a pro, and they work for me.
