Anyway...MOAR VOTES!
the QR pro requires splicing your ECU cables and what not...i thought it was a flasher at first but its not....you cant raise the rev limiter in the stillen one and you cant remove the speed limiter...the accessport takes about 5 mins to unisnstall when you go to the dealer...the QR pro however isnt that easy to install and uninstallMr. Music wrote:That seems pretty cool. Stillen is reportedly working on their QR Pro for our Altimas, so we might just have some choices to make.
Y would it only b for cvt's n it would change the ecu settings in the 6mt also it would take off the limiter/governor n do watever u want it to do. Like if u want better fuel economy or racing mode. It can change alot its like a dream come true lolII Knucklez II wrote:might be a dumb question but just want to make sure... i'm guessing that ECU is for CVT's. if not what could it do for the 6MT
Most of these tuners are "vin# locked", to use it on another car you have to set yours back to stock. Once you put in the performance tune the unit can just be used to read codes..Some companies "hp tuners" let you buy credits for extra cars..LongBeachCoupe wrote:Well ill be the first in the area to pick it up and gladly "rent out" to the locals in LI/NY area so we can get it cheap...
subaru guys borrow accessports from eachother all the time08Coupe wrote:

Now depending on the gains (dyno) and the effect on the CVT I may be interested
HAHAHAHA NICE.TheBourneAltimatum wrote:ok guys.this is going to be done, but they are currently working on completing tuning for the GT-R and other models. he said R&D for the altima will start as soon as they are done with the other cars. probably in 3-4 months
Wouldn't this reflash have the ability to change the settings to a "gas saver" mode??? I was talking to my friend which had a similar product in his STI and he said he was able to change from "Sport" to "Gas Saver" mode. This is probably done by adjusting the fuel to air ratio.ADKSaad1387 wrote:dude, i was talking about this a year ago back on the other forum
my buddy had it for his WRX and he sold his.he said with the rising gas prices he couldnt afford to have worse MPG rates
still a sweet product though
