True story, but my miracle hangover cure is chocolate milk. Nothing soothes my stomach like it.

Back on topic, I don't really know why this is such a big deal to most people. I know I will continue to watch Tiger golf (yes, I like watching golf). He is outrageously talented and creative on the course. What he does off the course does not interest me in the least. Our society is so messed up that we actually pay these people tons of money for a given talent set? I'm just surprised people buy into the hype. I can't say that advertising ever has much of an effect on me, but I guess I'm out of the norm. I watch the golf, don't care about the commercials.

Damn, Mike...

p.s. Gotta love how the media is still downplaying the one "reliable source's" claim that it wasn't JUST women...

He probably just throws one of these over her head:

I'm not obsessed, but I do find him very amusing.

What else? Well, Howard Stern is hosting an upcoming Tiger Woods mistress beauty contest, sponsored by Ashley Madison.com. Winner gets $100K. They've got 4 of the 18 signed up so far. They would have gotten more, including Rachel Uchitel, but it is alleged Tiger made some financial arrangements with some of the women in exchange for their not participating in stuff like this.

Stern and Woods.

If you double the number of things I care little about, does that mean I care twice as little or twice as much?

They've both got the same amount of character and class.

The Care-o-meter is on E.

Oh, I know Stern is an acquired taste ( ), which is why I didn't bring up his contest earlier.

Awwww, I used to listen to Howard all the time. Guy is pretty funny.

I think most people judge him off just his TV show, which was actually a pretty small part of his actual radio show.

The TV show, while being a nice place to look at tits, was really the worst parts of his radio show.

He did like a 4 hour show daily, and the TV show was basically just like reality TV edited... Taking 20 hours of stuff and pulling the 30 minutes that best fit the image they were trying to project.

That implies that someone who doesn't like his show is somehow "lacking". Not the case.

I actually didn't know he had a TV gig - I listened to his show on XM for about a year, my carpool buddy was a huge Stern fan.

Untrue. An "acquired taste" simply means not everyone will automatically like him.

Dark beer is another example of an acquired taste. Not everyone who tastes it loves it. With Stern, his brand of humor does not appeal to everyone.
