I've ordered the ES 7-7105 as described in this thread:
g50-tension-rod-bushing-recommendations-t568810.html

The OEM bushings look like they have an OD of 69mm. The ES7-7105 for Z32 measure 61MM od.
Do I have the wrong part or is the 94 q45 Base different? Thanks

Looks like same part number for strut rod series 1 and 2 5446860U00

this is what is on the energy suspension web site for Q45. Doesn't look like what I got in the 7-7105 package

I posted this info in another thread a few years ago. These are working just fine. My 91 model G50 uses Z32 in the front.

Yes, I am baffled. Did you burn out the rubber bushing or press out steel shell? Is the OEM G50 bushing from 91 smaller than the 94?

I believe 90-96 except active have the same bushings. Everything I've seen is Z32 uses the same bushings in the front as the Z32.

I would not burn them out, the shell on those bushings is really thick, they press out very easily.
