swear...

I'd personally keep the tail lights so as not to look like a crappy base lancer and keep the Evo heritage...

Well ... for about 34.5k (at the right dealer), you can get a base M45, without all the techno hoopla, but with a smooth powerful 340HP V-8. Admittedly with four doors and an automatic, not coupe and manual.

I like mine a whole heck of a lot! :D

Maybe if you like racing a tank, which is what this thread is about...racing.

The only RX8 that I've seen on the road that looks go is the silver/gray one. some how it just looks more aggresive in this color.

Ah, yes. I missed that point in the original post. As usual, the thread had drifted a bit and I did not catch the drift. Sorry about that!

If you plan to drive aggressively, I understand the RX-8 is lacks mid range grunt, but I haven't driven an Rx-8 yet. IMHO the Rx-8 looks good only from certain angles. From some views it looks downright ugly. G is a more plush and a better package.

I think the RX8 would look better as a roadster. The roofline looks like an afterthought. Below the beltline, the car looks pretty smooth. There's no flow above the beltline...
