G35 7- Spoke on S13 (Questions)

I've recently come across a deal that i couldn't turn down. My cousin who has a G35 just got a set of 19'' Work VS-XX's and has offered to give me his G35 18'' 7 Spoke wheels.

Will they fit with my Megan Racing Coils?

The tire size on the wheels is currently F - 225/45/18 R - 245/45/18** How will those tire sizes fit/look on my S13? I was thinking about buying 2 new tires for the front and putting the 225/45/18 in the rear?

Comments/Suggestions??

** Pictures of S13 with G35 7 Spokes would also be very beneficial and appreciated.

Nissan cheaped out with these wheels. They aren't really staggered. They are the same size: 18x8+30. Nissan just put different sized tires on front and back. So I would recommend running either 225/35 all around or 245/35 all around. Clears coils just fine.
