They also rev beyond 8k rpm. I'm not exactly a honda fan but you haters have to recognize a great car no matter who makes it. Look at the performance specs and you'll see you have no reason for saying they need an i or v6 in there.

Thats about the only respect i give Honda engines. They have super high red lines and make lots o power even though they sacrifice torque. too bad they sound horrible at 7500rpms

An ITR has more power than a stock 240, regardless of torque.

Torque is not the be-all and end-all, there are a lot of other factors.

the US version had 195hp and like 140lbs torque. The JDM type-R had 190 and then 200in the later models and now the DC5 or RSX to us has 200 here in the type-s and 220 in the type-r in japan.

You've got to be kidding. You can knock ricers all you want but Honda makes some good cars that are pretty much bulletproof. Calling an S2000 a "taxi car" shows that you're either ignorant or trolling for flames.

dude do you not see the post about the praising the s2000 come on if i could afford it I would have it I didn't call it a taxi car how can it be its a 2 seater plus 240 horses out of a NA engine name somthing else like that but most of the time when people (us) bash on honda we are talking rice in genral why do you think I have a post saying hondas you don't even know your race them I use to have dodge stealth twin turbo and had people all the time I try to race you but that **** is quick and I didn't even remember racing them and guess what they were mostly riced out hondas
