What is the correct way to set the timing?#1 cylinder and the second mark from the right mark on the pulley? Then turn the CAS till they match?

turn it to the left so you advance your timing 1 degrees from tdc (top dead center of piston #1) which is indicated by the 0.

cylinder 1 should fire right after it hits that mark

LOL... Ok yea took the oil pan off and straightend iy all out, Got oil pressure now.

Toook the CAS out and realigned it, seem it was way off... Started and runs like a champ.

Now we have a different problem... seems the BOV won't close and air leaking through, worked fine for a day or so. any way to adjust it? "Geddy type RS BOV"

I meant to hammer the oil pan, at least he understood me, I dont think a hammer would fix a CAS
