technically you should start by getting a wideband o2 if you don't already have one. but to answer your question you should start out by unhooking your vacuum to fuel pressure regulator then start out at 50psi and just turn it down little by little untill it's not too rich. don't go let then 43psi or you will be buying a new motor....

You should set fuel pressure to 43.5 psi with the vacuum line unhooked, engine idling at normal operation temperature. The pressure should drop to 36 psi with the vacuum line connected. With stock injectors and a T25 turbo you can go as high as 13 PSI before injector duty cycle becomes worrisome. It is also good to note that the T25 will go out of effecientcy above 14 PSI, and the stock MAFs reaches maximum flow around the same time.

I am reading 37-38psi with the vacuum line hooked up. Should I turn it back to 36 or is there any advantage/disadvantage to unhooking the vacuum line and going to 43.5?
