2 things.1)What size fuel line goes from the filter to the rail and back down the return line. I measured mine at it was 1/4", is that right? I figured it would be 3/16".2)Does either side (feed/return) line need to be able to do high pressure or no? In other words, do I need to get high pressure fuel line (expensive stuff, $5/ft, at parts stores) or will regular fuel line (the $1.30~/ft) work? And yes, I've searched.

1/4" sounds correct to me.EFI systems pretty much require the high pressure lines. The line's going to see 43+ psi most times.

Use the high pressure stuff.
