when looking at exploded views such as the rear suspension it will point to a bolt then show a bunch of numbers, are the first numbers the torque spec and is in ft lbs or nm because it doesnt say

in order what are the units because I don't see where it tells you which one is which

The last one is lb-ft. It's usually a range, such as 75-80 lb-ft.

The legend for which number is which is usually in the lower corner of the diagram.
