seems like quite the laggy turbo... if i did my calcs right, 8psi @ 3500 rpm would only land you at a PR ~ 1.54 and vflow ~ 125 cfm, which is right near the start of that 75000 RPM line... does that sound right? Then at 7500 rpm youre pretty much right at peak efficiency? Damn imperial units might have juked me again .

Yeah, that stuff kicks my *** too. I get going real good then all of the sudden I get lost. So lost I can't even reverse engineer the process that gave me the number I am staring at.

yeah its laggy, but when you're racing/drifting you don't really spend a lot of time at low rpm. I know I was bouncing off the rev limiter pretty frequently... I had a gt28r on there before and while it was less laggy, honestly, once I put a td06-20g on there I stopped caring about the whole "laggy big turbo" argument. Its not noticeable unless you're trying to start from low rpm. Keep it above 5k and its extremely responsive and fast.

and catchumdaylee, that car has a clean paint job, but what else about it is nice? I don't see anything? stock rims? stock body? stock suspension? wiring looks about the same as mine... its not hidden. I still think my car is cleaner, and I bet you'd have trouble finding someone else to agree with you that those cars are cleaner CA cars. The second one with the blue valve covers looks just like mine.

p.s. the biggest rims on an s13 isn't something I'd be bragging about. that looks like vomit. even the mustang rims looked better.

Is the 20g really unresponsive under about 5k rpm? My buddy's 2.0l subaru spools his (~19psi) by 3500rpm. I wouldnt think the difference would be that bad. I would guess it would be all kinds of crazy on boost by about 4000-4200rpm.

You want a REAL engine bay? I'll show you how a ca swapped car is supposed to look

Notice the red duct tape on the coolant expansion tank so that it matches the valve covers. That just screams "high class." Note the unpainted intercooler piping on the intake side of things, and the wires running willy nilly throughout the engine bay. If you look hard enough you can probably see the power steering fluid seeping out of the pores on the feed line from the fill tank. I used fuel/emission hose because I couldnt get the proper hose from auto zone.

My point? there is none. Just dont go bashing other people's (especially our Mod's) cars on here, its not what we do.

EDIT: Sorry about the huge picture, Its not even that good a quality. I'm not exactly the photo genius here, so if someone wants to scale it down please do.

Needca i wasnt putting down your ride or anything dude sorry if it sounded like it. Looks like a damn nice one. People want huge power on these small engines and they whine about lag but the fact remains, if you want big power on a small engine (CA) youre gonna need a big turbo which = lag.
