I have about 4 people interested in batch #4, and one has already paid me.

I need 10, to get things started.

Please send me an email with your:

Name Company Name (if applicable) Shipping Address (business or residence) Phone Number at shipping address (for FedEx) Car Info (year, options, color, etc)

I have yet to get great directions of how to install one on an active car, but I am confident someone will chime in.

I have to bump the price to $50.00 each, due to shipping charges increasing. I prefer everyone to pay me in advance, so I know you are serious. This is not a business. You are just covering costs.

I enjoy helping others make their Q45 handle better. This mod is cheap, and works.

I will keep this offer open for a month or so, or until I get 20 interested, then I will get started building them.

I got lots of compliments on my FSTB when I took it to a local car meet last Friday. Lot's of people commented on the finish, and how solid it was. When I told them how much I paid for it ($45, but it'll be $50 now) they couldn't believe it. They thought it was well worth $80-100! Not to mention it only took me 10 minutes to install it.

The handling difference is night and day. This says a lot considering I already had brand new upper links, plus the Q45a and Q45t sway bars prior to installing the FSTB. I strongly recommend anybody that hasn't jumped on this mod to get right on it! It'll be the best $50 you ever spend on the 90-96 Q for sure!

Also, check out the PERFECT plenum clearance. Doesn't hit the plenum, and doesn't hit the hood.

BTW Jeff...I notice these are modified from a Maxima FSTB. Any way you can send me one with the same finish but otherwise unmodified for my 99 I30?

I buy the Maxima bars from "Toys Auto". I started buying from eBay auctions, and have bought from a couple other suppliers, but they seem to be the most reliable. I believe the 1995 to 1999 I30/Maxima are a little different than the 2000-2002 Maxima/I30. I bought one for Evie's 2000 I30t. I never even thought of one for the 1995 Maxima, but I am sure it would have made a huge difference. The I30t handles much better with it, too. We did a 90 MPH emergency lane change on the interstate, and kept from rolling it. Without the strut bar, I be we would have been toast.

You can find them around $10 to $15, with $12 to $15 shipping on eBay. They ship from California, so you should be able to get one fairly quick.

I have the parts on order. There is a hold-up, and it may take a few weeks to get all the parts in. I will keep you guys posted of the progress.

I did order enough for 5 extra bars, if someobdy else is interested. If not, I may sell them on eBay.

Jeff!

Long time no hear, my fault. I've just been swamped at work for the last year or so and letting lots of things sufffer, my poor Q included. We were trying to get together sometime back when you were going to change your plugs so I could learn how, but at the time our schedules wouldn't work out.

Anyway, I think I'd like to see this sway bar. Do you still live in Alabaster?

After installing my FSTB, suddenly the ADP with Alzheimers, the ear-splitting squeal from the rear speakers, the speedometer cluster that goes half-dark when I turn on the headlights, the odometer that sometimes works, and the leaking ABS actuator didn't seem like such a big deal. The car handles SO much better and for such a minimal investment. Thanks Jeff.

Cool! I know how you feel. Sometimes I get down in the dumps about all the little quirks on Layla.

A nice spirited drive usually clears my head, though.

Glad you like the bar. I am paitiently waiting for the next batch of parts.

Got it. Thanks

I have another supplier with parts for 10. I am double checking his measurements to make sure it will work. I have 2 other suppliers working on the parts. I still hope the original guy gets his shipment in soon.

I got my test bars in tonight. They look awesome! Better than what I have been getting. I will test-fit the bars this weekend, and should have a plan by Saturday morning. If the ones I got in fit, then they have plenty in stock for this order.

Sorry for the long wait, but I think it will be well worth it.

I may also have a solution for the active Q's

I have not worked with the Stillen bars, but I believe there will be 2 issues.

1. The center aluminum bar will be too long.2. The holes on the hats will not line up, and you will need to re-drill them.

It is a simple process, if you have the tools.
