***Will something as an exhaust or CAI void my warranty?

Nissan or the dealership would have to provide proof that your modification caused the failure they are addressing. Pretty hard in the case of a CAI, but easy in the case of a turbo.

If you're concerned and not worried about putting in a little sweat, keep your original parts around and reinstall them if you have to take the car in for warranty work.
