Heres the situation. We got my buddies Built SR back in and everything back in today but when we went to start it we had no power so we investigated and found the main Brown plug on his car was badly caroded and the main power pin was broken. So we eliminated the plug and hard wired it all. Well everything powers up correctly now but when you turn the key on to prime the pump the pump relay clicks rapidly. The pump primes but in the same rapid motion due to the relay. The thing is we traced the wiring off the relay back like 15 20 inches in the harness with no signs of damage to the wires.

Anyone have any ideas as to why the relay would rapidly click like that?

relays click when they actuate, its normal, but if a relay clicks repeatedly or buzzes its either a bad relay or a bad ground, I cant remember where the main relays ground is

It was a ground problem. My buddy told me he checked his grounds so I believed him we pulled the harness and rewired it just to find out he didnt ground the injector grounds.
