Forest Air not working?

Forest Air used to light up whenever I pressed that button while using Auto setting for air blower. Today, the Forest Air button doesn't light up, and doesn't work. I checked every possible setting in the Nav display, and the "Forest Air" settings are greyed out. Huh?

Any ideas how to fix Forest Air?

A quick SEARCH of the forum turned up these threads that should provide more info.
2011+ w/ Forest Air...anyone notice it working?

OK, so maybe it'll return in the spring, with the Robins and other migrating birds. :-)
