Lets jump off the bandwagon and not bash domestics. Did any foreign automakers invent a v8 thats been around for almost 50 years, capable of 1000+ hp, thats simple, easiest motor ever to work on, the best aftermarket support, all in a cheap bulletproof motor such as the chevy small block 350? If you dont think foreign cars and domestics should share anything in common, then maybe we should only have american cars and the japanese can have their imports, also I have a whole website that will dissagree with you on swapping domestic motors into imports, Hybridz.org - oh but yeah keep the L seriese motors because were so bandwagon that we think any import motor is better than domestic, even though it weighs basically the same, worse weight distribution, and about 100 less hp stock for stock.
and do NOT bash the ford 2.3L turbo that came in the merkur XR4Ti
