I really don't think that anyone should knoch the GT b/c if Mr. Shelby approves of it, it must be a great car.

You OBVIOSLY havent seen the new cobra, otherwise you wouldnt have said this. Shelby fell off, period.

Basically the Cobra R engine that makes 380HP N/A with a blower.

I've seen that car, I don't like it either. I guess it didn't make sense b/c you don't know what I am talking about. What I SAID was that the GT basically has the COBRA R ENGINE, which makes 380HP N/A, BUT, THEY PUT A BLOWER ON IT FOR THE FORD GT, now it makes 500HP. That's what I meant, just said it in not so many words. Maybe I should t y p e a l i t t l e s l o w e r f o r y o u.

yah, there are so many other things to buy for that money. hell you could spend 1/3 and get a lotus elise when they come stateside in 05...

i would love to have an elise but there is already a waiting list on that car

the truth is the GT is a supercar, its not meant for everyone. If it were it would just be another car. You do have to give Ford credit though, the lambo murcielago is twice the price and the GT performed better in every category. It was built to annihilate the competition (ie. Ferarri, Lambo, etc. etc. )and that is just what it does.
