Here's a ling to some pictures from it :)

the KA pics are of the old motor.

Warning, these pics may not be dial up friendly...

Please note that there is a lot of custom work involved in a swap like this. This is the first time that this motor swap has been done, and it got really expensive.

Bye bye sweet little s14 chassis! Once that engine is tuned to its potential.... you're going to have a twisted up pile of garbage that used to be a sweet 240!

I seriously hope you guys built a support structure for it. Unibody cars shouldn't be subjected to that kind of weight and torque when they were designed for much less stress.

I like your idea.... and it ought to be a blast to drive!!! What is the weight distribution like now?

Now that i've seen this car in person I must say at first glance your like "WTF!?" ... but its a beast and it will dominate all. Me and Aries have a few ideas for an S13 as well... perhaps you will see it in a few months muahhahaha. Also me and Aries are looking to start a biz down in Texas for all you Texas Nissan owners. We plan to work with Daunttless as well... perhaps as a shop partnership of sorts.

All of the credit for the wiring and custom frame creations/stiffenings goes to Xtreme Technologies here in Houston.I was there to help, and supervise, but they're the real miracle workers. The driveshaft will be in today, along with the built TH-350 3 speed automatic transmission.

Wednesday night it should be out kicking butt.I'll get some video, and have it all uploaded to my website http://www.midnight-racing.org later this week.

I can always be reached by email for those with questions, or on the boards here.

how old/ how many miles does the engine have? also, in your sig it says 385 rwhp with true dual exhaust and freemods, what else has been done to the motor, as an lt1 didn't make any more than 315. hell, the ls6 only puts out that much to the crank.

Motor has been changed from iron heads to aluminum, and the heads have been ported with larger valves installed.1.6 roller rockers were also used in place of the stock 1.52's.There is also a small ammount of nitrous on the car. (50hp)

But the nitrous will be coming off soon in favor of a larger cam, and a Vortech S-Trim supercharger.

the total cost on the V8 conversion is about $12,000 including the motor, transmission, and all the extra toys and custom frame & chassey reinforcements.

Say if I wanted to just get the motor in and running, without worrying about the chassis yet, how much would it cost just to get it to fit in? (Not including the cost of the engine)

And P.S. did you make any CAD drawings/etc... of custom pieces that you'd be willing to share?(or sell?)
