If you are getting injector pulse, then you know the CAS and wiring is good. And if the ecu ran another car, then you know the ignition circuit is good in the ecu. It therefore comes down to the wiring between the coil packs and the ecu. I know that you said you checked it already, but something is wrong. It may be something as simple as bad die electric grease on the plug.

If you can, I would suggest that you buy/borrow/rent someones working harness.
