the camber only really happens when they are aired out. most of the time the trucks are set up where at driving height the camber is corrected. like my old mazda, it didnt have huge wheels but i could still fit a finger under the front tire but when driving, it was perfect.

haha, me too man. Me too.

I'm in the process of boosting my 240, but I wanna go ls1 after a while. Once that happens, I'm going to pick up a hardbody and swap that ka-t into the truck and lower it. Fun a** parts hauler ftw!

Chevy 5 window. No contest.

As far as non-classic trucks I'd beat on every day, I think I'd go with the '80s C/K Chevy. 350, please. The carb'd motors are kind of a PITA when wheeling, though.

I dislike the basic 90s C/K Chevys because the interior design is bottom-notch horrific.

I can fix that with a little help from Toyota and their amazing p**** truck from weenerland.

I'd own a few C/K series Chevrolet's, or a newer Duramax. I'll quote the classic, "Lowriders are for guys who can't get it up." Seriously though, they're actually for white trash, and the oh-so-tasteful hispanic car enthusiast community around here. The lowest truck I would consider driving would be an SVT Lightning.

No question: 1951 5 window Chevy.

EpicNightMayor wrote:I hate to have to be the one to tell you this, but that's a ford ranger(the picture you posted)(not an F series)
Ranger was a trim level on the F-series LONG before it became the name for Ford's midsize truck.

EDIT:who the !@#$ voted?!!?!?!?

When I was a kid my uncle had one and he promised to give it to me when I was old enough to drive, but some low life bunghole stole the truck and we never saw it again.

I'm currently looking for one.

I love a lot of trucks for different reasons. Always liked the 70s Chevy stepsides, 80s Ford fullsizes, 90s Dodges, 80s Toyotas, classic Powerwagons like mrider posted.

I can't pick just one to settle on.

In general this is starting to get on my nerves. People whine about thread resurrection yadda yadda. But if he'd started a new thread someone else would have remembered this one, linked it, and screamed repost. Bottom line: people are whiners.

Besides, there are some nice trucks in here and there are a lot of worse threads to call back from the grave.

The reason why this thread was bumped wasn't because someone had something to say.

Someone voted on the poll and bumped the thread up.

Even so if he'd started a new poll for whatever reason....

Well, you get my point and I wasn't just talking about this thread.

I love the aggressive styling of the Ford HD trucks, but that thing is hideous.
