Make sure to get an alignment after springs have settled in. A spring swap can destroy your tires very quickly if camber and caster are not adjusted after install.

How long should I wait ? Its been like a week. No obvious tire wear yet

Just wait another week, I never got an alignment when I had springs, but it's always best to.
