Hey guys what is going on? First I would like to invite all of you to http://www.ATL-SR20.com. We just held a Dyno meet last week at Batlgounds and we had a lot of 240sx show up which was very pleasing. Guys from our forum wouldn't mind joining up for your summer meet, let me know if that is cool and Visit the site let me know what you think BTW: We are looking for a Mod who is very knowledgeable on the RWD NISSAN Platforms. Right now we are full of FWD SE-R’s and getting more RWD guys joining up and would like someone to answer question RWD related.

Thanks for you guys time.

Ok, I will give you a date after the weekend. I am tentatively looking at May 21 or 21. This is a Saturday or a Sunday. I am going to make some calls this weekend about sponsoring the event. And try to start getting a list of stuff together for it. It will be at the same location as last year. Upper Overlook at Buford Dam Park / Lake Lanier.

So it is deefinately on, the last weekend in May. I am leaning towards Sunday because a lot of folks work on Saturdays, what do you guys think?

And start talking this thing up, it is going to be great this year. Because of Mike Sims involvement, there will be alot of folks from SEDA as well.

Formal announcement of details will be made this week. Just a couple more details to work out.

Cool, cool. I was going to join SEDA, but couldnt in time before they stopped taking official charter members. I just met Mike and Scott about 1.5 months ago.

Yeah, DEFINITELY update as soon as possible on the date.

I haven't made it official with Mike yet but I am pretty set on it being Sunday the 29th. Official running time will be from 12 to 5, but as last year, the cool old crusty 240s_over_Atlanta guys will stay a bit later. One of the cool things is that I get to show off my fresh super black paint job from Taylor's Collision in Duluth. Hail damage did me right. They painted everything except the bumpers (hail doesn't damage those unless it is the size of softballs...).

Stubby - Tell the address seekers to find where the river starts at lake lanier, that is where we shall be. I am not sure the place actually has an address. Here is the address for the official site for lake lanier and the dam:

The date is official. Sunday May 29th. 10:30AM to 5PM officially. Tophat Performance will be sponsoring the event and supplying the food. I would suggest folks bring a cooler of drinks since nothing will be cold if we get it right before the meet.

Tophat and SEDA will be out in force. Tophat will have some cars there as well as some info about their shop.

Everyone say thanks to Mike Sims from Tophat for stepping up to make this a great meet.

If anyone needs a hotel room for the night, I can get you some information for the extended stay right down the street. I would also suggest that you do a mountain run while you are here. I can give you a route if need be.
