A guy in my area selling NEW FN01R-C four wheels for $550.

It's hyper black. Size is 17*8 and +35mm offset.

The wheels come without tire. (no tire)

Is this a good deal? guys? This's the first time i buy set of wheels.....

oh, i drive s13 coupe. I think there's no clearance issue with 17*8.

Yes, that is a good deal. No, you will not have clearance issues. I run that exact same size on my s13 hatch and love them. Just don't go crazy with tire size thinking that you need 255's in back or something. I have 215 45 17 Toyo 4's all the way around and the car sticks.

What color is your coupe? If it's not lowered yet, you'll really have the itch once you get those wheels on. What tires are you going with?

that is a very good deal. it really comes down to if you want to join the 60,000 240sx owners who have those wheels.

Color is Burgundy(you know the color, red+purple.) Burgundy coupe with S13 front-end. That's the biggest problem i have. The guy only have hyper black. I don't think it'll look good. Burgundy/Hyperblack.

I plan to buy Kumho Ecsta MX 215/45/17.

Wait. Is it okay to use stock suspention? I only plan to get lowering spring.

How much can i low my car without wheel clearance issue? (and be legal)

Actually 550 is the best deal for new Fn01r-c. retail is mostly around $750.

got my bronze ones through spl for slightly higher price. that's a good deal. I run 17x8 all around w/ a 245/45/17 tire. if i had to do it again, i'd probably go with a slightly larger tire. but it works and there's no clearance issues.

245 is wayy wide for an 8" rim. Its gonna buldge and not help grip at all.

i beg to differ, i have about 1/8" of sidewall bulge, if even that... the sidewall is square... you don't need the tiuana stretch to get performance, I realize that the stiffer/smaller the sidewall the more predictable it will be, but tire size/brand/model is also important... so saying that you won't get performance out of it is just generally ignorant. I have 245/45's all around on 8" wheels, and don't have one complaint.
