Dearest Members, Enough of the speculations, I'm not here to convinced any customers to purchase through us , we're still learning errors and problems. It's much easier to send motors by containers than single shipment, they get stuck at the port. They give us tons of reasons like Rodents in the shipment, Wood material not allowed in afraid they will distrub the eco-system. This is all bull**** to us. I pretty much guess it's going to be cleared very soon.

This are the customers having to wait for their engine

What we can confirm say is that Frank Candeloro - J.Chancellor Bingen - Shane chordas - Moua Yang - Michael Hatfield - Carrie Cook - Travis Pinto - J.Chancellor Bingen - Drew Flok - Lisa Hudgings - Brockton T.Deitch - Todd Atkinson - Nathan Johnson - Drew Flok - Tim Demonbreun - William Chan - P.Keller's Hue Vang - Modern Aslam - Kenneth Salyard (are to get their motors release from all the delays) :ylsuper

Those getting their motors from our distributors in Canada or USADustin Vitek , Brian Shacklett , Brian Studaker , Wolf zizic, Azad , P.T.A.P , Jason Jenne ,

The rest are yet to be confirm by the us customs yet.

:mad: *** All this problem wouldn't have come out mainly because of our previous worker (he takes care of our emails , sales and stock checks and office boy always going to FEDex / UPS to get paperwork shipout) , but we fired him because of his lazy attitude , he can't do a proper thing, very greedy attitude stealing items always trying to pull out those air filter , bov , sport rims , gauge clusters and then trying to sell on ebay.. this spark us to know he steal our things and then selling it to make extra profits.. we're trying to locate him, he's even right now buying motors off us, look here, he's buying those cheap ones, that needs to be rebuild and if he's selling to you guys.. I assure you 100% u guys will need your motors rebuild *** we at flashoptions is trying to find the traitor, if we manage to find him , we'll let you know to beware of this guy (his name is mike but he's able to change his name) please do checks for us! We're almost the only guy selling motors using malaysia as our base. If you see any sellers , selling using malaysia (he's the guy) BEWARE!!...

Please do not give us a hard time, we've tried our best , earlier of the year , custom receive their motors 21-30 days. Very fast! due to a few things we learn that has cause us problem.

We've giving out a compensation plan to all customers that has waited for more than 21-30 days which means all of them will get "BOV , Racing Ecu , Performance Shocks - etc -etc "

By september, as promised by the us customs not to disturb any shipment coming from Fountain Future Sdn Bhd.

Once we can confirm customs are keeping to their words.

We offer great quality engines + affordable prices, we're located in chiba-ken in japan. Dealers don't have a problem buying from us, they fly to chiba and then malaysia port klang to view the engine before ordering. Containers are considered business dealings and customs don't hold them more than 7 days provided it's the first time importing something. They do a lot of test but not more than 7 days. As for single shipping LCL. they take a long time, for some reasons.

Partly this mess started before the war with afghanistan , iraq , terorrism and malaysia happens to be a muslim country, shipment coming from malaysia gives a big huge headache once they found out that Flashoptions has frequent shipments to usa. They freeze up all our motors, EPA started coming in , lots of other tests ,

Right now please sit and wait. We'll be right back after all this problems.

Whatever- the man is trying to apologize. Getting engines like this isnt very easy, and are hard to come by.

I would like to see him get sued...knowing everyone was purchasing illegal engines that nobody was going to get tested..humm...good luck with that!

He also said he would NOT offer this until customs kept their word. Dont try to be misleading here

Listen fellas.

If a member makes such a long post, in a language not his own, trying to get a point accross, you at least owe him the courtesy of listening what he has to say.

He is admitting to problems and telling us how they are fixing them.

There are at least 2 other shops that have enjoyed much goodwill here, and they are having severe problems also.

Some very hard working people live in other countries too.

I will INSIST, all posters are given proper courtesy on this site!!!!!!!!!!!

I am getting real tired of time and again the same folks chiming in with attitudes, no matter what the subject is or who is posting and will not tolerate it much longer.

So,... and now to not ruin this thread, I will delete the offending posts, complainers are free to email me.

there is n omention of me-scott greenstreet-i placed my order was placed 143 days ago and i have recieved nothing but a bunch of bu11shyte-i have tried to call on numerous occasions-during the times that you specified mind you-and you refuse to answer your telephone-your fax line has been disconnected and you reuse to answer any emails with the details that are necessary to have with an order-it is too late for apologies and promises that you don't intend to keep-fufill you contracts as promised or you won't have to worry about giving refunds-you will have put your self out of business if you won't respond to your emails than at least respond to this one so that all can see if these are lies or if you intend to redeem your honor

If someone has a complaint with a vendor and is unable to resolve it, they are free to post their experience here.

but to insert it into a thread thats a bout something else is thread hijacking, especially if you are not the guy to begin with.

This thread is about a vendor and experiences with the vendor.

So we cannot critisize the vendor if they are in the wrong because it is disrespectful?

I'm not sure I follow this logic

it seems logical that members would want to help each other in any way possible to attain satisfaction from a person who defrauds so many people so readily-please let us vent and let these people know just how many people that they have p1ssed off-

believe me-i would too-i have kept accurate records of all corospondences with them just in case somethinf like this happened-23 telephone calls-3 answered15 fax attempts-1 completed107 emails-30 actual replies

due to the lack of attention i have started inquires with the federal trade comission and found an e based watch group that monitors transactions for fraud from international companies

nothing seems to get through to these people-any help is immensly appreciated

Im not trying to bash on the guy but last time he was catching flack flash started using peoples names on a public web site which im prety sure people dont want there names all over the internet. I know I dont.

No that does not satisy me. My friend has been waiting CONSIDERABLEY MORE THAN 100 DAYS. How is Flashoptions resolving this if he is still waiting? They aren't. I don't want to hear excuses. If they cannot follow through on their policies they have to bite the bullet and face the consequences.

I understand how there shouldn't be any namecalling, but come on!!!

Why should we give sympathy to flashoptions????

They have their money, that's obviously all that they wanted. They make promises that they can't keep. They deserve NO respect whatsoever at this point.

I haven't seen or heard a praise story about their services yet.

so right here he is blaming all the companys troubles on a employee that stole and was lazy? and hes warning people not to buy from him because hes a thief? sounds like a lame cover up excuse and a shot at shooting down an ex business partners chance of starting up somthing of his own if any of this is the truth.

and thats a hell of a list of people that haven gotten motors or money back

thats around 100,000 to 150,000$ in cash that has been sent to them and they havent anything to show for it other then a bunch of empty promises and customs excuses. that is an incredible amount of money and in this country would constitute felony charges and alot of jail time.

such ashame to see a business that could have done so well fall victim of poor business planning .

How many people have posted here about bad experiences with FA? More than have had good experiences, I guarantee you that.

What they don't tell you is that you have to pay for shipping to and from the port, as well as customs fees. For all that is holy, spend your money at a shop that is in the US. Keep your money here, support a shop that has worked hard to achieve a good reputation. phase2, enjuku, heavy throttle... all good shops.
