There is millions of other customers, we know it's been ****, we're still learning the regulations and laws...

I can certainly guarantee customer will get their motors very soon and this problem will be solve once and for all...

And for SR20DET Red Top, it's fast selling motors, we'll send it to our new shipping agency's warehouse , they allow us 30 days to hold the clip in the warehouse with no extra charge.. so that's why we're willing to provide 7 red top clips.. with special offer at losing price USD2000.00

with lots of discount if they are late..

We'll make sure anyone that has negative thinking about us... eat their words..

You know what... I'm sure you are a great company. In Malaysia, Japan, wherever.

But in the US, your track record has been atrocious. Your fault, customs fault, whoevers fault... the service that you have provided has not been good.

If you don't suck it up, make things right with EVERY SINGLE ONE of your customers that isn't totally satisfied with their transaction with you, your track record will never be good.

Customer Service is always more important than Gross Profit when you are dealing with the end user. Because those end users talk. As you are very well aware of.
