Orlando Speed World aka SPIN World isnt much better of a track IMO. I've ran there and can see why the high horsepower cars hate that track most of the time. Moroso was supposed to be redoing their track soon, what happened with that? Their employee's could change around a bit too, I wouldnt mind that...especially the guy at the water box, he's crazy.

the guy in the waterbox "littlejohn" has been there 10 years, he wont be going anywhere, hes a really cool dude, he's got a ton of personality and is fun to talk to. They NEED to change around their starters tho, they held me at that line i was getting PISSED THE **** OFF! and my tires cooled off so i just spun BAD and it ****ing pissed me off. moroso will be shutting down in june i believe to redo everything. Itll probably last about 3 months

Phil....my mom just bought an 95 automatic 5.0L Mustang GT convertible. She needs some help...that thing is slower that cold molasses. I ran her in my car and I beat her by like two car lengths. I thought they were faster than that! Not hating...just asking if it's just the auto transmission and the extra weight that's soaking up the power?

p.s. My girlfriend and I were discussing the future car plans and she was like..."You should save up and install the new turbo motor you want. I'll help you!" She is the best!

the factory AOD trans is pretty decent, thank GOD she didnt get a 4.6L stang. But the biggest problem with the 5.0 is its a SEVERLY Choked up motor. The heads are absolute DOG ****, the exhaust is terribly small and restrictive, the stock TB is only 45mm at MAX and the smog system destroys it. Not to mention the factory 2.93 gears. I would suggest putting an intake tube, headers, Xpipe and catback, and some 3.73 gears in the car, should pep it up quite a bit. The convertable models should run a 15.5 factory.

I have mine in the mid 13s on a good launch onl because ive got 3.55 gears, aluminum driveshaft, full 2.5" exhaust, smog system is totally deleted from the system, intake tube, and MSD ignition system.

mustangs are overweight, PIGS. ford still hasnt smartened up like chevrolet did... maybe one day they will... wait... NO they wont hahaha
