They can be of crashes, stunts, or just lame things.

Mine is a really lame thing:I got a 1992 Pontiac Sunbird, in teal green. Within the first week, I had it pimped beyond belief. I bought the cheapest CD deck available, a neon pruple bass light, chrome shift knob, chrome shift pedals, a soccer ball air freshner, and a Type S cup holder. All at Wal-Mart too!

Lets see. Got a 94 Sentra XE from my dad (it was my uncle's driver's ed car, as he owns a driver's ed school) with 99k of drivers ed on the clock. First accident, wasn't paying attention on a highway entrance and rear ended someone. Messed up my bumper (which was never fixed).

Second accident I rear ended someone, which was kinda my fault, but technically theirs since they had NO brakelights working.

Third accident I was at a stop, waiting to make a left, and was rear-ended by some lady, no damage to my car, and hers was all F**KED up, haha.

FOURTH accident was me coming off an exit doing LESS THAN 25 mph, slid on wet leaves, and ran into a curb, destroying my front driver's side suspension (control arm, tie rod, strut, and wheel).

Because of the bent wheel I hooked my baby up and got it some SE-R wheels. A couple of months later, got a head unit.

Fifth and final accident...Was driving down my street, doing about 30, (5mph over the limit) and a lady decides to make a left turn with about 20 feet in between us. I nail her doors (corolla) and break my blinker. She thinks its my fault, and when the cop gets there, tells her its her fault...haha, she looked stupid.

Oh yeah, I e-braked my car around turns like crazy. Did donuts in my school's soccer field and got caught, did some light offroading, and neutral dropped it a bunch of times. My hood flipped up twice on me, the last time cracking the windsheild and eventually spreading. Went through brakes and tires like crazy. Also I delivered pizza with it.

I put 70k on that car in two years...got rid of it with 172,xxx on the clock, only having replaced the alternator, starter, and three belts (aside from basic maintance). I beat the sh*t out of that car and it loved it. transmission wasn't even slipping when I sold it to the junkyard for 150 bucks. Oh yeah, and the junkyard ended up fixing it and reselling it for 500.

Sorry for the long post, but I loved my Sentra, I miss it. Luckily though, I got my mom to pick up a 2001 in 2k, I think its the reincarnation of the 94 XE, we'll see...

Hey Ninjak...before I got my Z I had a 91 Pontiac Sunbird GT(180 hp..not bad even though it was a piece) One day I was late to a test at the local college and decided to make it to school REAL fast...I went over a bump out in the country and scraped something...a few minutes later a bunch of smoke was coming of the back-end of my car. I pulled over the side of the road when my check oil light came on. I looked at the underside of the car and saw oil all underneath the bottom of the car...I scraped the oil pan and put a hole in it...luckily I didn't ruin the engine. I got lucky.

Real quick. 5 yrs ago on thanksgiving eve (like tonight only the 26th back in 97') my gf yanked on the steering wheel causing the back end to come out. I corrected, it went straight but the road wasnt :( Tryed to pull it but couldnt as I was in the grass and smashed head on at 40 45 mph into a massive pine tree. (solid cars in the front they are :) )

Good bye lil s13, it was a whilte 91 FB LE and one hell of a car.

Oh yeah a week prior she rearended me in her 84 accord. 1/4 mile away on the same street .... Just a spider webbed bumper resulted from that though.

In rememberance of the 5th aniversary of the departure of my 91 fb, the car that started the obsession hehe

My first car kicked ***. 1993 Ford Probe GT, black, fully loaded. Grey leather, all power, moonroof, Pioneer cd player, even the spiffy options like a stock subwoofer, lighted exterier keyholes, heated mirrors, etc. Got it in awesome shape with 73k miles on it...had been someone's trip car. I was absolutely in love with that car and kept it immaculate. It was the envy of my high school.

I drove it for two years becoming more and more involved with cars, and eventually chose to move on. The only major reason I sold it was because it was an automatic and I didn't have the time/money to swap it to a 5-speed. And I was craving RWD.

And thus, I now have my '96 240 which I equally adore. :)

Nothing can ever replace that first car, though.

5 days after I got my first car, a 91 Cutlass Calais I made a right turn into a utility pole. : ) There was a large lemonade sitting on my center console, no cup holders, I was watching left to make a right hand turn onto a one way street, I asked my friend to grab it, he said ok, I got it. I figured that meant he was holding the lemonade, I pulled out, cold lemonade and ice all over the wang, looked down, kept turning right, hit the utility pole at like 12 miles an hour. Slowest speed crash ever. : ) Hit right at the headlight where there was no reinforcement and the utility pole went about 1 1/2 feet into my car. : ) Fixed it and drove it with a messed up hood until I ditched the car. : ) Didn't get charged with anything, I had a pair of chick cops arrive at the scene and they were cracking up, they made fun of me for about 30 minutes then let me go. : )

Oh yeah, and the calais was a really nice car before I crashed it, had AC and everything, all the options, and of course the ONLY thing damaged in the crash was the AC compressor. : )

My firat car was an 82 DATSUN 200sx. This was 1990 and I was 17. The car was only 8 yrs old. It had a 4cyl w' rear wheel drive.

Remind anyone of something??

Anyway, it was not mint, but still clean. A fine red hatchback w'alum wheels.

I was on my way to buy work boots to start my first construction job, when a guy pulled out into the road, in a four door plymoth horizin, from between cars.

WHAM!!!!

The whole front end was totalled. But I was fine, even with no seatbelt.

I looked for a suitable replacment for the 200, but had to settle for a 81' buick regal.

I miss that car :sad

My first car was a 91 cutlass calais coupe, had 180,000 miles on the thing. Fully louded with all the options, but it was automatic:(

On a really hot summer day i was coming home form school and the seal on the water pump gave out all the sudden and the car over heated. I pulled the top end apart and found that the head cracked. I replaced the head, and i figured what the hell, i'll replace the timing chain and sprockets why'll i was at it. 2 and a half months later I'm driving down my road and the timing chain brakes, punching a huge hole in the oil pan as the chain wraped around the crank. It also bent and broke all 16 valves. I fixed and the motor never ran right after. I think some injectors went bad and it started to knock alot. And then everything just started to knock in the motor. I still have the car and if i can find an engine cheap i may use the thing for rallycrossing or just a beater.

Then i got my 97 gs eclipse. had that for 3 days. It got totaled in an accident that wasn't my fault. A month later i got the insurance check and got my 240:)

My first car was a dodge caravan with an electrical short which meant that everytime i was parking it for more than an hour or so i would have to pop the hood and disconnect the battery. All my friends nicknamed it "the party van" because whenever we would go out I was always the one to drive. Had a lot of crazy times in that van. Until my dad traded it in for my brother's neon (ughh). Then i got my dads 87 Caprice Classic Brougham, with softop, velvet interior, big v6 and rwd. That car was an Absolut beast. Probably the funnest car ive owned next to the s13 of course. After that a 91 bonneville that was pretty cool (nicknamed "The Bonnor") , then the transmission died on it, and i was lucky enough to have a 240 fall into my lap. its the first japanese car ive owned and Im hooked for life!

Well that night right after it happened I must have walked 1/8th of a mile down the road just yelling and cursing, only to come back to find her knocked out.... She didnt have the lap belt on only the shoulder one, and when she reached over, the shoulder belt was around her bicep area. On impact she nailed the glass with her chin and put here teeth into the dash. Nothing happened besides a cut chin and some cut gums though.

I shoved her to wake her up, and she spit out the dash chunk .... I dont know, I just started screaming and told her to look at the car and what she did.... The worst part was sleeping at night I would recreate the dream and use my left foot as the brake (musta been hammering on it and couldnt stop), every night for like a month or so. I woke up with a sprained ankle every morning... sucked hehe

But your right nothing can replace that first car. I drove an 88 pontiac GP after that for 2 yrs and it sucked. I got into a minor accident (same road, 1/4 mile more away, 3 days before Thanksgiving 2 yrs later, and its a relatively straight road) when a girl in a probe eased into the oncomming traffic lane while going to turn left, and spent the money on stereo equip.. hehe I hated that thing and wished I had another 240 every day..

Um as far as the relashionship goes, I stayed with her, and am still with her. Its almost 7 yrs now... Im very habitual and mabey thats why. Who honestly knows sometimes.... But thats a diff thread hehe.

Even though the 96' is 5 times more of a car then the 91 was, that thing was great. I used to take that thing sideways all the time at anygiven time. My favorite was going down dirt roads at 40ish taking 90° coners 180° hehe, with 3' ditches on both sides. I was fearless in that thing. Its seen more agressive sideways action then the 96 ever has.

Oh and in the three years Ive owned the 96', not once has it gone down that road 1 week prior or 1 week after Thanksgiving. It may seem superstitious but all my accidents where on that road at thanksgiving, so I dont take any chances hehe..

Who votes this guy should never drive again? Me.

No j/k

I've been in two accidents, one very similar to the one where the lady turned in front of you. Messed up my 'teg, and got a new front end (for free, thanks dude!) The second was in my 240; a guy was turning right to merge into traffic, and I saw him pull off, so i moved up a few feet, was looking right and began to merge as well. He decided to stop, and I didn't notice. BOOM. Luckily, it was a jacked up truck so nothing happened to it.

My 240 was another story. His trailer hitch cut right through my hood and headlight assembly. Almost $4k in repairs. :(

I just sucked it up, paid the $500 deductible, and paid a somewhat minor hike in insurance (like $15 a month more). Its been a year since that, and nothing! (Knock on wood)

Nick.

My first car of mine was a brand new 2001 Mitsubishi Mirage ES, 4dr, 5speed, 1.8L. I put a cai, headers, and exhaust. After having it for a while, i realized it was slow and not worth the car payment i had. (111hp, 116tq stock). So I sold that. It was a pretty sharp car, but i don't miss it now that I have my 240 :-D

Well actually only two of those accidents were my fault, the wet leaves, and the first time a rear ended someone. But I do admit I was a poor driver at first. I am MUCH more cautious now. No tickets for three years (got one like two months after my liscence). And no crashes in over a year and a half, knock on wood. And the two accidents that were my fault were in my first 6 months of driving.

Just to explain myself...

My First car(truck) was a 1994 chevy s10. it had the v6 4.3 litre Central port injected with 195 factory horsepower...it was nice :)

I did all kinds of crazy stuff...went offroading in it all the time(rwd...not 4wd :) got stuck all the time but it was fun anyway. Did 13 doughnuts on my old tires since I was about to get new ones and had an old guy threaten to call the cops on me...then i just drove off and the cops showed up at my house that night and i claimed i had no idea what they were talking about(...my mom freaked out)...then i got into my head that i was a badass because I had intake and dual exhaust so i race my friend....it was a two lane road...he was in a honda civic hatchback that had some kinda engine swap just so he could have vtec...and i still won the race...atleast untill that right turn

it was a two lane road and i was driving on the wrong side about a car length ahead of him. we both went to take the right hand turn and unfortunatley i had a tad bit of understeer when i went in for the turn and my front tires hit the grass..as soon as the lost traction it was all over...i went into an 8 foot ditch..bounced out...and hit a tree....

8 of my neighbors came outside because they had heard my trucks engine revving and taking off and then the loud bang of me hitting the tree(...this was at the entrance to my neighborhood)...so i was busted....my dad was pissed..but we didn't call the police...i fix the ladies yard....payed for the towjob(...not an easy towjob...its *** end was in a ditch and the front end was against a tree)....my dad made me drive a 1990 toyota camry 5 speed for months..it was so terrible...it had a messed up cv join..clunky transmission...****ty engine..and no a/c...i learned my less..i don't race on streets anymore(only at dragstrip or scca)...and i miss my truck :(

1987 Pontiac Grand Am.

Was alright. Had the V6 in the tiny body. The only problem was that you could stick your hand into the car from the outside from the huge rust hole on the passanger door. Just stopped working one day.

1990 Isuzu Rodeo

Where can I begin? 4 cylinder, 2WD, Stick, white, 120k miles. Used to jump medians in the ******. Man did I love *****ng up that wannabe SUV. Then I was on the 7 mile bridge coming from the Keys and the clutch went. Got pulled over by Ranger Joe the h0m0 Hilbily that ended up giving me my first (and only ticket) for going too slow. I live in Miami, this is in Monroe. After all the BS I ended up paying 1200+ just to not get arrested every time I went for a spin.

ok i was coming home from practice making a left onto a road named Kelly drive, it is a road with 2 lanes going in either direction. So a guy in a van in the lane closest to me stoped to let me get out, so as i start to pull out a white box van flys around the van that's leeting me go and turns right into me. The next thing i know my car almost flys a full 180 degrees around. And cars were heading at full speed at me. Thank God those cars had ABS, one car stoped only 2 feet away from my door. So anyways, the guy in the box van hops out and asks if i am alright then flys off in his van, i didn't get his license plate or anything. The damage wan't too bad, it was all plastic and foam.

My first car was a 92 Honda Accord LX Sedan, I had that baby pimped with my blue neons and chrome hub caps, It had a sweet exhaust on it and I had 5 JL Audio W0's in the trunk (a tight squeeze). Well here's my story first thing that happend to me in it was I was driving down the highway at about 65 and some idiot semi driver wasn't payin attention and got a little too close to my rear end, it scraped the bumper up and bent the trunk a little bit. Now about a year later one day when i'm driving down the road i was crankin the volume on my stereo when some lady in a Ford Escape slammed on her brakes in front of me cause she missed a turn. One word KABOOM! i slammed into her at about 45 it left 3 littles holes in her bumper and the trailer hitch on that thing went all the way through my radiator. It turned the engine diagonally in the car. I miss that car, then after that i was stuck with a really bad looking 90 Ford Ranger for about 3 months, in which i was sittin at a stop sign waiting to turn when so guy beside me starts pullin out like he didn't even see me, i freaked and pulled out on the road hitting some person bookin it at about 75 in a cavalier right in the side, totaled the cavy and put a tiny dent in the danger ranger. I then bought me a 1990 240SX SE Fastback with 175,000 for $1600 all it needs is a little paint and an oil leak in the engine fixed and it will be awesome. Since i've had some experience painting cars that won't be very expensive, i just need to figure out whats leakin but other then that it's in perfect condition

My first car was my moms Infinity QX4.. 3 months after having it, it was wet on the interstate, i was going about 75, (speedlimit 70) and hit a water spot and rolled it 4 times. Broke my wrist and was banged up pretty good.

2nd accident.. I got a 97 ram after the qx4.. i was going down a narrow 2 lane road and wasn't paying attention, car pulled out in front of me and i hit the brakes and slid into the ditch at 45 and half rolled..

3rd accident. After the ram i had a grand cherokee, sold it b/c it was a p.o.s. Got a 96 civic ex. A drunk ran a red light and hit me. totalled the car. :(

4th acciden and final one.. i was dirving a friends 97 maxima and these two street racers were racing and the guy came into my lane to miss a car.. he never got back over, hit me head on at 40.. Put my passenger in the hospital for a month and left me pretty beat.

We weren't paying attention to the racers.. till it was to late.. so swirved.. he hit us.

All of these happened in a 2 year period. I am only 18. Yes my insurance is high as ****, and the first 2 were my fault.

This pic was taken 2 and a half weeks after accident. Its sitting in the insurance yard, about to goto auction. I didn't have the nerve to go look at it till then..

*EDIT--it wouldn't let me attach the pic.. so i am linking it*

Uhm..sorry to say I don't have any bad stories.

It was about 10:00PM on the night I got my learners permit. I was watching TV and had fell asleep on the couch. When my parents got home my mom woke me up and let me drive my stepdads truck to the store. He had a 96 base model Nissan truck(one of the small ones)..5speed. So anyways, I was pulling in the gas station to get gas. I was still half asleep. Doing about 5mph I hit the poles at the end of the gas pump.(Those U shape poles so if someone is gonna hit a gaspump they'll just hit the bar instead.) Didn't damage the truck or injure anyone. :)

Now I have a '92 Pontiac SunbirdSE...if only it was a GT. This thing only has 110HP. It was the last day of the 1st semester at school and we got to leave a 2. I was backing out and hit a Jeep Cherokee next to me. Didn't do any damage to the Jeep and it only put a few light scratches on mine and cracked the blinker. I had no fault insurance..so the scratches are still there.

Hopefully I'll get a 240sx and not wreck it. I drive my moms 240sx every now and then..only when I know I wont be stopping on a hill anywhere.. it's a stick..and I haven't mastered starting on hills yet. :P
