Also, all the picture icons next to the NICO settings on my bookmarks are changed to a purple vortex/black hole thing instead of the NICO red/blue parallel stripes. Please change back!

The hovering thing on the left side of the page is annoying and distracting. I wish there was a better place to put it.

I don't understand the highlighting function and it was also annoying, so I disabled the plug in. Sorry, but too many things about it that are just plain annoying to me.
Those were all things that were annoying me as well. A little tweaking of the preferences, and I think it greatly improves the browsing experience.

Im glad we are back to the old red blue stripe too, that vortex just felt wrong.

Well done Rich, keep up the good work.

Did you say somewhere that you were working on a version for Chrome also? I'd be interested in that. That's my default browser on my home computer.

Hey I found a bug. When you select to force "email me all replies" it doesn't work. When you go back into options, it always goes back to being unchecked.

I downloaded this and so far it's great. Good work man!

Will I have to re download it once you add the G board?

I find the options and settings quite easy to use, and the altered interface is pretty useful once you actually use it. I am a frequent post whore and being able to preview a response for validity or watch other peoples postings.

Thanks lol

Rich, I have a request if you dont mind.

On the main forum screen, at the very bottom, there are three boxes. A quick search, the empty Shoutbox, and a Recent Discussions box.

These three boxes all sit to the right of my Recent Watched, and Favorite topics. This forces the actual forum page to become far wider than my screen can permit, and forces me to scroll right just to see any of the quick links at the top.

I am hoping you can force all the boxes to stay in one column, that way I dont have them doubling up.

Thanks.

Suggestions: when you rollover images concealed by Firenico, you can't go to actual image that is concealed before it goes away, maybe change that?

yes... but if you can wait until FF3.1 is out, i have rewritten the thread/image previewing which now you can click on links, more stable and stays up until you mouse out of the area. (also, smart enough to pop up/down depending where the link is at on the page)

ie, (the image preview uses the same component now)

I also added previewing from any website which links back to a zeroforum thread... (this is all for FF3.1 though)

Not at the moment as this addresses an internal bug with ZeroForum and the way I sneak around embedding the quick reply on the page. I'd suggest just disabling it until I can add in a custom field for it.

Wow, who bumped this?

I have gotten so used to FireNico I dont even notice it anymore. Its like adblock. Once you have it for a while, you just get used to Nico being extra awesome, then when you browse form a different computer its like WTF.
