I didn't mean the whole motor.I mean the Timing BeltInstead of having to track down some mysterious timing belt just spend the extra cash and buy it from some one you know who's been using them.

yeah that, if you are planning on drill & tapping the block. i don't plan on doing that, i have sourced a different belt that will work locally.

My machinist was able to get the Dayco belt for me. That was suprising. Then again he had books with all the specs for the Holden engines including the RB30.

Kind of funny how everytime interest in the RB30 blocks comes up, auctions on ebay pop up like this one.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...wItem

Dayco is an American company, you shouldn't have probem going to pepboys or similar parts store and ask them to order that belt for you, give them the Dayco #

find a distributor nearest you: http://dayco.know-where.com/dayco/

for my case the belt i'm using is from a 1996+ Audi A4 Quadro 4banger turbo., Gates is popular here in USA too
