Would have gone with 19's Blake but these wheels come in 17's, 18's and 20'sno 19'sadidas2go wrote:JEBUS!!! They look very nice! I think you should have gone 19's though. These wheel wells engulf rims!
What did the wife say?...Well when I showed her, she was speechless and she turned to me and said...Honey,..Can I get wheels next?mcheddadi wrote:BEST LOOKING COUPE OUT THERE. and I've seen them all
damn! that lip is sick. your whole coupe is sick. the only thing that you could go for next is turbo lol.
DAMN!
what did the wife say?
p.s.: that lip is custom painted?
Nope...Lovin' the exhaust. I think the tone is just right. But then again, There's only 2 coupes where I am and the other one is a stock 2.5 driven by some girl. Infact, i parked next to her one day and when she came out to her car she said to me" Love your car..what is it?"mpbclutch33 wrote:If you had to do it all over, would you get a different exhaust?

Can I ask why you went with the Falken 912's over the 452s?? Do you plan on using those wheels and tires in the PA winters?dangeris wrote:The wheels are XXR 18x8.5 with Falken Ziex ZE 912s 225x45x18s.

Yeah, It might see some PA winters but if everything goes right, and I relocate to the southwest (Vegas) then I'll get different tires. I still have the stock wheels too which did pretty good int he snow this past winter so if I'm still here, I'll throw them back on.spockrock wrote:

No worries here mch!... to each's own. To me I love the spoiler and that all it matters. Some like the coupe without the spoiler and some wants something subtle but like I saud, to me I think this spoiler accentuates the lines of the coupemcheddadi wrote:

Funny you say that cause the chick driving this coupe is HOT Couldn't say that cause my wife was in striking distance. She's in bed now so I'm posting it!GryStrm wrote:

hmmm....how are the 912's in winter??....If they are great then its better then changing the tires twice a year, granted I have nothing bad to say about my winter tires, I have seen many bigger cars get stuck in snow that my coupe had no problems getting though. Thanks for not taking offensive about the spoiler, that was not my intention, you have a very nice coupe.dangeris wrote:

I hear the 912s suck in snow. That is why I kept my stockies. Worst case I purchase a set of Blizzacks for the stock rims for the winter.spockrock wrote:

Thanks for the comment but I've looked high and low for the perfect wheels for MY car and these were it! From the moment I saw them, I had to have them. I was looking at gunmetal or black chrome but I wanted something that no one else has or seen on the coupe. There are plenty of rims out there and so much to choose from but a black mesh wheel with a full red anodized lip? This is the only one that I've seen.Sacky2.5 wrote:not feelin the wheels - seems like there's TOO much red and black in the car. it'd be nice to see a different accent on the rim lip. but still, nice job with the car as a whole!
yea funny i have seen very few coupettes..but they were all hot!...this one in white pulled next to me the other day...looked...braked..pulled behind me.. i guess to see if i was a 2.5 3.5....then cam back around rolled her window down...winked smiled and blew off the exit ramp....ugh..i love her...but back to your car...never thought a red coupe could look so...aggresive...i like urs wheels more and more!!!dangeris wrote:

Yeah great idea, I have black steelies for winter with hankook ipike w409's and my enkei ZR-1s with falken 452's are on the way, but I have the stocks as well, going to keep them just in case. I'll post pics of my coupe after the wheels get in but I want to wait until it comes in.dangeris wrote:

no offense taken Spockrock on your comment. That's what makes this forum so great. everyone has an opinion and everyone is entitled to their opinion and not be scorn for it.
BTW, Thanks for the comments!
