The divorced o2 housing might hit your steering column so look into that during installation. Also make sure the wastegate path actually flows back into the exhaust stream or if they forgot to make the hole. There was a member who had one like that so he overboosted and blew some **** up.

yea it is a ebay gt28, i ordered this stuff a while ago, just been buying parts every few days, the ecu is an enthalpy tune, and all the fittings came from jegs, lots of hours looking for the sizes of the fitting i needed and drawing out outlines of how i was gonna route my lines, most of the kits i found were for sr's and T3 sizes turbos, so i made my own it cost a bit more but 90 percent of it is earls lines and fittings, jegs has thier own inhouse brand of an fittings in all sizes for about 5- 10 bucks cheaper...so its npot like i skimped on the quality, the o2 housing has the hole in the other pipe, i checked it out as soon as i read the post, other than that most of my setup is from ebay. i have read more good things about ssa than negitive(most of it is hearsay) the only thing i am really concerned about is the turbo, if it does granade then i will buy a stock gt28 from a s15 and call it a day, this has been a 5 year long project and Dream for me,ive been a learker on nico, and freshalloy, and other 240 boards for years, back when all we had were jgs log manifolds and custom jobs, before fulrace made any ka mani's back when enthalpy was still with secret service, and and everyone wanted a SR cuz the KA was a "truck motor" I've seen things come and go i hope we keep moving forward... thanks for the luck guys i imight need it..lol

That manifold looks good, I think. I run a topmount SSA manifold, no problems yet. It's been a year.

Mmm, new parts, yum... looks like you have a ton of fittings, I can only imagine the bill for just those. Anyways, just remember every one of those fittings is a possibility for a leak, so use them wisely! Good luck, I look forward to seeing progress pics soon!

Looking good. The turbo mani doesn't look extremely durable, but hopefully it will be. Good luck and be sure to post pics and dyno #'s

well an update, its alive, after a few little hiccups, like the starter cable arcing against the intake mani, then a dead *** battery, then injector one leaking twice, fouled plugs, its now starts with one hit of the key so far, i cleaned off my fuouled plugs with some sand paper (ghetto).. and regapped them to .35, gotta hook up the boost gauge and do something about my open BOV, (safc soon) just now gotta drive it and see how it works, when im all done i'll do a write up on eveything thing i did and all u need is 4 vac lines..lol FPR,BOV,BOOST gauge and brake booster, soo simple, and pics i took pics, and i things that came to me later that coud be done better, but more to come and thanks to all the write ups and advise put out there, THANK YOU

well its been 1057, miles since i finished my KA-t, and it hauls ***, the ssa turbo kit has been working great, the cheapo turbo hasnt given me NOT ONE issue, enthalpy tune is perfect, just been enjoying my car, need to get on a dyno but been lazy, and wrapped up with work, i wanna redo my IC piping... one of ssa's was placed funky....and the down pipe was to short and the flange was clocked wrong, but nothing a band saw and a mig cant fix, and all the extra lines that they sent for the turbo sucked, i made them , and i overpaid cuz i bought it directly from them not ebay, other than that im loving it.......

i will, its just that im hoping my auto transmission will keep up, its been hating life....lol i was just reading about AMS's c4 transmission adaptor, and looking at B&m's site about the shifter they are using, might be an option if its cheaper than buying a racing auto from IPTtrans, my boy has thier shift kit on his auto dsm and loves it. they have a upgraded valve body and some other stuff i was considering, jus open to optins

3500 for AMS setup?.......is it mainly strip? or can i do street driving?, i know IPT havs a rebuilt unit with thier parts for about 2800, and they are local, I mean my plans are a lil strip, try some drift, would love to try a time attack like track day, but mainly street, i want something thats gonna perform on the street more than anything else....

Ivan's is more of a drag setup, made for like 2.5 million horsepower. But he said he could taylor just about anything.

I was going to buy one, but I'm aiming for 2.6 million horsepower...so his transmission just won't do.
