Listen, driftorito, I love steak and Jimmy John's as much as the next guy, but I didn't get fed that after walking to my grandma's house (dirt road and bare feet, even!).

Perhaps, though, as the family unit breaks down, fast food will BE the new comfort food. If you can't assign a warming childhood memory to it, it's not comfort food.

Steak because my dad taught me how to grill like him (Pro status, haha) so I've grown to love a well cooked (Ergh, Medium-Rare) steak. Just tastes great and makes me happy to eat a proper sirloin or such.

Jimmy Johns- The bread almost matches the texture of my grandmothers stone-cooked italian bread while the other ingredients remind me of the turkey sandwiches my mother would send me to gradeschool with.

Do I even need to justify MY COMFORT FOODS? Giving a backstory on why I prefer something or why it makes me feel the way I do wasn't requested.

Ignorant A**hole, die in a hole. :)

Sounds like a cheap facsimile to me. But if your childhood can be reproduced by a minimum wage monkey, good for you!

I like to hang out at Jimmy John's for the free smells. They could take a s*** on the sandwich as long as I get the bread.

You ride an SV650. I assume that gives you adequate pleasure riding yet it is the "Prius" of the motorcycle community. Can I be one to judge?

The SV650 is more like the Miata of the motorcycle community, you idiot. It's more fun than it's numbers lead you to believe, and it's raced in huge numbers. Prius... lol. Nice try though, dude. I don't see your GSX-R 1000 squidkiller listed in your profile, you should fix that.

And really, the owner of a 1997 240SX, which is the "secretary mobile" of the sporty coupe community, has no room to judge.

Seriously, explain the Prius thing. The misunderstood SV has been called many things by the ignorant, but never a Prius.

You two should give each other tug jobs. Then we can get back to discussing food.

I forgot chicken fried steak. But now my list is getting too long for this request...

SV650 = ugly as all hell. Stupid fun to ride.

HP #'s for bikes? Please. Overrated and silly, unless you're tracking the thing.

Then again, maybe I should STFU, having owned a V-Max. ;)

BACK on TOPIC. You two can start a new thread about who's gonna ride b****. :)

2004 Honda 600rr. 1000's are overkill, but a better example would be a Busa.

Prius=Women/Gheys
SV650=N00bs/mail couriers/other gheys

Connection? Plausible

While I do drive a 240sx, "it's more fun than it's numbers lead you to believe." Haha.

Wrx Wagon? Yeah you're notches above me buddy! Simply an x chromosome away from a real wrx.

/Troll rousing.

EDIT: Greg, I have nothing but sweet, sweet heterosexual love for you. :naughty:

I made a thread for you! Also, in 2004 wasn't the Honda 600 the slowest of the 600s? Sounds like a noob bike to me.

And yeah, the WRX wagon has xyy chromosomes! Hypermasculine, bishez!

Make it three. I bought an iPad so now I'm totally down for some hand stuff with my broskis.

Another comfort food:

CHICKEN CURRY. Passed down through generations of Indians to my Thai mother. She makes hers with chicken on the bone (for cost, and it tastes better) and big chunks of potatoes.

Since you are the only other person in the ENTIRE state of AZ that I know that likes dumplings, you should come up one night for dinner. You, me, and Priss can go to Cracker Barrel. :yum
