Picked up the truck today from dealer. Told service manager he could shove the invoice for the repeat labor up his a*s and took the truck anyway. He said he would file a mechanics lien on it if I didn't pay and that I was breaking the law. I told him to F himself and that he was committing consumer fraud. Latter I talked to them on the phone and agreed to waive repeat labor. Now I'm just stuck driving around with it ready to fail again. At least I'm covered now for 12k miles.

Well, at least you stood up for yourself. Be sure to write a letter that you intend, per your conversation and express written warranties, to hold them to their parts and labor warranties, expressed and implied, and the the demands for additional payment are without merit.

Ya, after 40 years I'm finally starting to learn how to deal with them.
