Thanks Wes. IMO, it sounds like a stock Corvette from the outside, very nice rumble. I'd love to take up your idea of custom headers with Vern, I'll see what he says. You said someone has made the flange already right? Wonder about just having the cast manifold ported out....

All you guys wanted me to post a vid, so I did and no comments? to you guys!

Sounds like mine but mine is a tad more quiet. Same sound though.

I dont know how the stock manifolds are setup, so i dont know if thatd work. Itd be easier for everyone to have standard round holes made so all you do is put a 90* bend on there (or whatever), and put your collector where you want it...

Unfortunately, I dont see headers being something mass marketable and being profitable at the same time. If anything itd be a one off situation.

Sounds pretty good when you're backing up, but I'd really like to hear an "in park" 5500-ish rev.

Here's a link to his original thread about his exhaust.zerothread?id=221777

If you're talking about headers for a Y33, I'm sure people are interetsed, but at what price? After feeling/hearing the headers on my G50 in comparison to my G50 without, I'll be in the market for headers when I get a Y33, but not if they're $1200 a set ... price is a real issue, that's why most of us are driving Q's to begin with .

Thanks guys, I'm gonna try and take some more vids, and maybe do one where I roll over the camera like at the Barett Jackson auctions.

Yes, I keep the car spotless.

Nice... I think I might have to steal your idea bro. Question this is basically like the other guy but you just used the Magnaflow tips, pretty much same idea correct?

Also superuber I see you have hidynamic hid kit and was wondering if you could help me with something, could you email me please

Impul are $3K+ and RHD only, I suspect.

Gotta pay if you really want to play, and these would be a significant upgrade to the VH41DE performance.

Need one in the car with windows up at 80 cruise and one WOT from standstill to 120 or so.

Sure doesn't sound like a pushrod V8 to me.

How come I can't get the video to work? Tried it on two different computers now and doesn't work on either. Had only sound on one machine and just froze up on the other machine.

Well, at least it wasn't Real Media format, Spyware for which you pay!

QT only crashes some other application Apple doesn't like.

Kevin,

Sounds good to me. It's not too loud like a ricer! I'll check out Sweeney shop sometime this week.
