I'm using a Trust (GReddy) downpipe. Project Silvia makes a nice stainless one, as does Blitz. HKS, ebay knockoffs, every company ever makes a downpipe. They're all the exact same though. Knockoffs may not be as true (dead-on) as name-brand stuff.-Jeff

I was talking about labor only...If you want your muffler shop to source yourt parts, and do all the work...then you'll pay alot more. I'm having a hard time visualizing why you'd need more then a straight pipe and one flange.

What cat are you guys going to install? The stock hollow unit? Or another high flow cat?

Well most high flow cats are weld in, so you only need one flange.

Ebay cats. PDM cats. Catco cats. All have flanges. In fact, the only catalytic convertor I know of is Random Technologies, and I wouldn't touch one. Heard too many issues with them. And if a weld-in part fails.. it sucks for you.And you're right. I didn't know you were talking labor only. But with the owner sourcing and buying parts, and then labor, I bet it would still be over $100 .-Jeff

I buy all my cats, piping and whatnot through Summit. The cats I use, I were to use one, have no flange.

This thread is going no where. There are no exhausts on the market that fit the BD downpipe...and there won't be any either. PJ isn't going to change his kit. So pretty much nuff said about that.
