exhaust leak w/ SR

so I'm about to buy a car with an SR in it. However, the owner said that the exhaust is leak at the turbo. So is this an easy fix? what do I have to do?

Moreover, what do I look for especially this is an SR engine swapped car? Thanks

prolly need new exhaust gaskets at the turbo.. they're about 50 bucks or so for good ones

I also forgot to mention that the 2nd gear is grinding, I'm not sure if it the synchros or not. Is it better to buy a new SR transmission or get it rebuilt? Thanks guys

Just find a decent KA transmission and swap the SR bellhousing onto it. Its way cheaper than finding another SR trans, or rebuilding the one you have.
