Exhaust Issues??

Anyone else out there having issues with there exhaust? I just replaced my oem exhaust with a 30 series flowmaster and upgraded to 2 1/2 inch piping from the cats and a 3 inch piping after the muffler itself. NOW for the issue.... Over the last 6 months ive managed to blow out 2 banks in the Cats! Any else had this problem? Is it the new piping or just wear and tear??thanks guys.

Were the resonators replaced also or was it from the midpipes back?

They only way I could see the new exhaust blowing out the cats is if the exhaust flow from the new muffler was really restricted. You never know, the new muffler could be plugged. Otherwise, chalk it up to dumb luck.

I took the resonator right off..... bad thing?

When you changed your O2 sensors did you take it afterwards to the dealer to have the ECM reprogrammed? If not then supposedly you will continue to burn up the back O2s because they heat up too quickly.
