It has to not only be under 125x125px but it also has to be under 6.0kb. I struggled with mine too. Took a bit of creativity with resizing to get the file size small enough.

that should work. I think it was only 90x90 pixels. If you have a 125x125 version I could probably compress it to get that one to work to. I'll edit the other one in a bit. this'll get you started.
