Lost it because there was no work, so I was then put in Heavy Equipment (My 2nd Trade) and now am back home in Newfoundland making only $3000 a month until I go back up to Alberta maybe in a couple months time. When you haul in nearly $8000 a month, and then all of a sudden go to $3000, its hard, well not as hard as I make it seem. All my education is paid off, car is paid off, Mastercard is paid off, I have no bills but I still spend money on my Girl and Kid, thats why I dont have a rockin V like some of you do. I buy my son absolutely everything, from quads to ride on toys, each costing nearly $500 to $10,000. Now I cant buy him what I have been doing all along and it makes me feel bad, but after these couple days not being able to go on the forum, and seeing everyones reaction to my words, I officially apologize to everyone I have offended.
I am not asking for forgiveness because thats your own discretion to do so. Its hard leaving a job you absolutely love and live for, and twice as hard to drive through neighborhoods looking at all the other people doing exactly what I have been doing for the last 7 years in their backyards. No more ranting from me, I know where it gets me and for that, ill be here to help no matter how stupid the question, I can promise you that.
P.S. No more talking about my income and being full of myself, just good old honest help.
Excellent post. I think alot of us can relate to a loss in finances, be it a layoff of credit issues. Stress makes us all react in different ways. We all freak out sometimes man, thats normal. I do it all the time...lol.
Nico is a large family, I have more friends here then I made in my 13 years of military service. You don't have to change who you are, just remember that the internet doesn't show emotion real well. So people may often take your typed words ALL wrong. Happens to me quite often
Glad you are interested in helping out, the DIY guys can always use advice from people that have "been there, done that".
