Keep in mind that automatic S15s have 370cc injectors, I assume you want the 480cc ones from the manual. Good luck, as everyone else is prolly looking for them. It prolly better in the long run to just get like 555cc nismo ones for around 480. Rather than ending up buying new oem S15 injectors from nissan for who knows how much...

EDIT: I just found this informative site, another option. Its made for using the injectors on an SR20, but Id imagine it would fit the KA fine since SR injectors plug right in.

I beleive the S-AFC tunes the output of the MAFS before it gets to the ECU... that way you can run a stock MAFS because the signal it sends is modified by the S-AFC anyways. Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong....

The MAF will still max out at 5V and the SAFC will keep tuning the signal at that point... so, for example, if the MAF maxes out at 5V the SAFC output will max out at 3.5V

Actually, I am running low to mid 20's and not having ANY spark problems with BKR7e-11's and just a set of accel 8mm wires. Although, I dreaming of a direct fire ignition and 30psi soon :)

You wouldnt NEED a Z32 maf...but, personally, I think its better to have one in case you wanna run over 7-8psi...

I don't want to jack your thread, but I'm curious to know what you'v settled on for fuel management. I too would like to run a nice solid ~7psi setup. From what I have read here and in other posts, if I do not plan to 'up the annie' from 7psi, a JWT may be a bit overkill. With two pair of 370cc's, pump, and a SAFC I should be good. Like you noted in your original post, there seem to be a lot of conflicting opinions on propper management. I realize there is no single 'magical formula' - I try to base my findings on what works for other people. If you'd like to discuss this further, toss an email my way.

well my plan isnt to just run 7psi. I dont want to build anything that I will have to completely re-do when I want more boost (and I'm sure I will). So with that in mind, I am STILL undecided what to do.

I REALLY like that SDS system with the direct fire coil packs... it would be sweet to be able to have pretty much complete control of everything, and also to get rid of the whole distrib setup as well. I donno, the kit is like $1200 though-- and I'd still need injectors as well as some of the "extras" that SDS offers. I dont know if I'm ready to spend that much, though. The next step down seems to be S-AFC/MSD BTM/50lb Injectors, but I really feel like that's a BIG step down (although big step down in price too- this setup would probably cost me $600 or so). I've read about tuning with the S-AFC, and it doesnt look very fun. Not to say that the SDS system is a breeze either, but at least the work I put into it truly is a custom setup with really high resolution. The AFC isnt quite at that level, and still relies on stock sensors.

The next step down after THAT would be the JWT/Cobra MAFS/370cc injectors dealey, but then again I really dont like having pretty much zero control of what happens, and I HATE the idea of sending my ECU for a re-burn everytime I change something, ya know? Also the ECU is so expensive, I'd probably end up spending $800 on this, even though it's not adjustable at all. I guess you gotta pay for plug and play. That's not really what I want though, even though it's probably the "safest" and easiest option.

So yeah, I'm still undecided. It pretty much comes down to money though. If I can scrimp and save and get good deals on the turbo parts, then I might be able to spring for the SDS... otherwise who knows what might happen.

Hope this helps!
